Chocolate Peanut Butter Mooncake - transforming Reeses into a mooncake

Happy Moon Festival! Mid-Autumn Festival wouldn’t be complete without indulging in delicious mooncakes. Enjoy a rich chocolatey flavor paired with a creamy peanut butter filling, it’s like Reeses in mooncake form. Break through tradition and try this creative mooncake flavor!
Ingredients
Pastry Skin
- 175g cake flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 45g-75g honey (or condensed milk)
- 45g oil
- 65g coffee (or water)
- 40g peanut butter
- some vanilla extract
Filling
- 140g peanut butter
- 100g-120g almond flour
- 10g cocoa powder
- 48 pieces of Reeses Pieces (can also use chocolate of choice)
