Thanksgiving Dinner~which Mac & Cheese will Make it to the Table?

This video is so hard to nail down recipes for but I will do my best. the first one I have no real measurements you just have to watch the bidro and follow the technique. things you will need:
cooked macaroni
cheddar cheese (sliced)
milk
Bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour
2ND MAC & CHEESE
*4 cups cooked macaroni
*lots of cheddar cheese shredded (approx 3-4 cups) mix in other cheeses of desired
*1/2 cup (or more if needed) evaporated milk
*1/2 cup (or more if needed) sour cream
*3 eggs
*1/2 stick melted butter
bake at 350 for 40 minutes. stirring around the 20 min mark and baking another 20 minutes . pull out top with extra cheese and put back in oven just until melted.
