Hi there! Thank you so much for the tutorial! I’ve been looking for this type of nail art for weeks and finally found one with such good one by one instruction. Thank you very very much! ❤❤❤❤😊
Excellent tutorial! Thank you so much for ALL the details and information. I am a watercolor painter and have been trying to find a nail video for this. Gonna do my nails to match my upcoming gallery show!
Nice! I've been seeing a lot of nails like yours on Pinterest, and I was wondering what was the name of this technique or type of nail polish it was. Thank you for the tutorial, it's beautiful!
@@DessinDesignNails I see, thanks for explaining. It's too bad that I can't afford all the tools that you use for your nails, but one day I'd like to try on mine! Truly, I'm grateful you explained so well your process :)
Thank you! Currently I just use a simple ring light - however I'd like to explore better lighting options in the future since I'm not too fond of seeing the ring in glossy reflections 😂
@@DessinDesignNails yeah, I've been looking at lights too! Your videos look great, though. I've just been praying for a sunny day which is more and more rare here in Chicago 😅
Thank you so much I appreciate it 🥰 I use a Sun x5 Plus light - I talk about it in my gel essentials video but I'm not sure if the exact same model still exists - I bought it like 6+ years ago when I was in Asia.
When I see Korean nails on short natural nails (bc that’s what I’m interested in) they look so PLUMP without being overly thick, is that done with builder gel like you have done here? Or can I just do a thicker layer of base to achieve that effect?
its very common in asian nail art to do an overlay after the art before top coat to help level everything out I've noticed! You can also do it at the base step as well, but if the artwork has alot of layers, the nails can end up too thick and uneven.
Idk how this video with 500 views ended up in my recommended but I'm really glad it did because these are so pretty 😍
Bless the algorithm for bring you here! ❤️💃

thank you!! these are usually generalized under a pretty broad umbrella called nuance nails, sometimes ink nails, watercolour nails, etc.

These are so beautiful! I just started a nail channel too and I'm wondering if you use any specific filming lights?

Hermoso❤! Como se llaman los materiales que usaste y donde los compraste?
Hi! You can see every product I use in the video on the top left corner! I also have updated the description to include where I bought them 😊
I just found your channel and love the designs!!! Love!!!!!! -- Quick Q Could you tell me what curing light you use for these gels?

Beautiful nails! Question, why do you add a base coat before applying the builder gel? You probably explained it in the video but I missed it.
I use base coat first because not all builder gels are formulated to double as a base gel, so it may lift without it 😊

very cool! can i use clear gel for that?@@DessinDesignNails
Do you think its possible to make something like that with acrylic paint?
Or maybe normal nailpolish mixed with acetone?
I personally havent tried it with acrylic or regular polish. If you have watercolour paint that would be give the closest effect imo! 😁
omgomg what are the brands of the inks you used? i'm absolutely obsessed with this nail art🥺
Tysm !! All products are shown and listed on the top left corner in the video 🥰
so beautiful! does this process only work with gel?
Thank you !! I use gel, but I would imagine using more sheer/jelly polishes can give a very similar effect. 😁
@@DessinDesignNails thank you 🥰
would the ink work on the false nail tip/press on nails??
Yes, just make sure to prep the surface accordingly by buffing 🙂
Do you teach this or offer an online coarse?
I dont offer any courses beyond these videos atm!
They look like a yeast/fungal infection gone wild
