    Hii shivani didi aap ki videos iss time bhot important role play kr rhi in my weight loss journey..mera weight km to nhi ho rha pr phir bhi me apki videos dekh kr sochti hu kuch nhi to kuch hi sahi baithne se kya hoga...mera target tha ki 26 January meri sister ki shadi he mai apna thoda fat loss kr lu iss time me itna low feel kr rhi ki yrr ab ek month me kya hi hoga phir still apki videos dekh lgta he jaise aap mere liye hi line bolte ho ki weight is just a number.... I love you didi..keep it up...❤️

    I was 67kgs
    I started my journey from 1st july 2024
    It took me 6 months to lose 8kgs now I'm 59kgs
    I still want to lose few more kgs
    I know it is very hard to push yourself
    I feel your pain
    Whenever i watch you i really manifested you will lose weight
    Not for the society but for your health
    I know its very hard to lose with so many health issues

    Hi Shivani. You can try khapli atta. It is gluten free the texture is more like wheat and easy to make as well. Tastes a lot softer and better.

    Try to sleep around 10 or max 11 pm n wake up at 6 or 7 am if possible....it will help a lot
