    ➡️Ingredients and method
    Onion medium to large size 1.
    Garlic cloves 6.
    Ginger 1 inch piece.
    Chop in chopper.
    Green chillies 4 to 5 thin and long ones are more spicy 🔥.
    Fresh coriander 1 hand full or 1/2 bunch.
    Mint leaves 1 hand full or 1/2 bunch.
    Give pulses in chopper don't make paste.
    Beef mince with 10 to 20 % Fats 500 grams must be washed and completely dry.
    Red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 Tsp.
    Salt 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
    Coriander powder 1 Tsp.
    All spice/ Garam masala powder 1 Tsp.
    Carom seeds(ajwain) 1/2 Tsp.
    Cumin (Zeera) powder 1 Tsp.
    Gram flour 2 Tbsps.
    Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
    Clarified butter or butter 1 Tbsp full.
    Make mixture smooth in chopper.
    Baking soda 1/4th Tsp.
    Mix well for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Spread out the mixture so that smoke can reach on each particle.
    For Charcoal smoke
    Add foil paper in middle, preheat small piece charcoal on high flame on stove ,then add few drops of oil and cover for 10 minutes .
    Make shapes on skewers or chop sticks using ice cold water .If you apply ice cold water on skewers then you can remove kebab easily from it.
    You can refrigerate the mixture if you find difficulty in giving shapes.
    Grill or shallow fry.
