DALE! Instant pot! Egg straight from the chicken, the shell falls off. 3 min on the trivet, natural release and the most perfect hard "boiled" egg. I think it's actually pressure steamed.

Hey Dale! I definitely recommend the Elite Gourmet stainless steel egg cooker for the easiest hard boiled/poached eggs. I received one as a gift and use it almost every day. All you do is fill the provided measuring cup to soft, medium or hard depending on your preference and add that water as well as the desired number of raw eggs. Turn the button on and it buzzes when it's done. From there I put the eggs in a bowl of ice water and every single time the shells peel right off. Hopefully with some sort of oil or butter though you'll have a less sticky experience with these silicone cookers. Have a great weekend!

Bless you Dale! I’ve had and interest/curiously of these, but since I have seen them often at thrift stores here in US…. I at times question them. I have and electric Dash egg cooker I have used for past few years…. I can quickly make six HB eggs at a time. I peal the hard boiled eggs after cooling them in cold water, just enough so I can handle them, but they are still warm. I then put the peeled HB eggs in a mason jar and in fridge. Lol, I often take a jar to my parents as I know they like them too, and a mason jar of HB eggs ready to use is always welcomed! Then we have eggs for snacks, egg salad, sliced eggs for salads or on top of family potato salad….. lastly I’m craving that tuna noodle casserole with HB egg in it!

I had tried that... and quickly threw them in the trash. A complete waste of money. Mine were flopping over in the water, the entire thing a mess, and I had no patients for washing out individual containers like that along with the pot it made a mess of. I have chickens with eggs so fresh they're difficult to peel... so I always keep some in the fridge for a couple weeks to solve that problem.

Flo Lum (another Canadian UA-cam channel) pan sprays a square Pyrex dish and cracks all the eggs together in it, then cooks them in her Instant Pot when she makes egg salad to avoid the hassle of peeling the eggs. I thought her approach was clever, though I haven't tried it yet.

The secret to boiling the perfect egg is to make sure THE WATER IS BOILING THEN YOU PUT YOUR EGGS IN THE BOILING WATER. IT WORKS 100 PERCENT OF THE TIME EVEN IF YOUR AN AMATEUR. THE WATER MUST BE BOILING BEFORE PLACING THE EGGS IN THE WATER. I can't stress that enough. It's a whole lot cleaner just to put your eggs in boiling water than it is to clean all those little tiny parts. I had that years ago and I think I used it once it did work but it was much too much work to clean up.🥚🥚

The day after I made this video I tried again and put a few drops of olive oil in the cup and coated the inside with it . That solved the problem the egg came out very easily.
