- I get to live a boys dream everyday and i'm so grateful for each and every day. Today i put the Shelby GT350R against the BMW M6 gran Coupe and it was such a treat. 2 cars that are like apples and oranges but still i wanted to see how they stacked up.

I own a non R and it’s not tuned to be a beast off the line. You need to get into the higher rpm’s so she’ll run.

That M6 Omg is just so beautiful, sporty, sexy and elegant! I will be getting a 650i Gran Coupe which has almost the exact same body style but less monstrous under the hood. I'm still excited just because of the luxury factor, not the speed. But it's nice to know that engine will perform when called upon and the curtains are pulled open. Lol! Stay blessed brother!

Another awesome comparison of two amazing rides the BMW M6 was quicker with its higher horsepower is a beautiful ride and speaks for itself. The Ford Mustang Shelby is another beautiful ride and with its amazing design also speaks for itself Shelby has added parts to make it better and more competitive with the BMW. But the BMW was faster a good comparison between the two. I liked the comparison but with more horsepower the BMW was faster. Another awesome show Felix your eloquence is amazing and another video of the show was welcomed with open arms . I’m already looking forward to another Let’s Roll Out. Those times are not as low as I thought would happen...are you at high elevation? That's quite a garage you got there Elton! Another really entertaining video...with that trademark Felix enthusiasm! I think the higher RPM power is better suited to the track work that the R is designed for.
The launch control on the shelby GT350R asked for 4 to 6000 RPM but it looses traction so quick. I was totally surprised too. I wanted to have a close battle .
Another great video Elton. You need a voodoo or coyote powered mustang in your stable, these Ford NA V8s sound so good👌🏿 Your M6 got the performance though
The voodoo is mine Abss. I'm soo soo lucky man. Living a dream for sure. Ford makes some of the best sounding mufflers. Its soo soo soo good👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾😄😄😄

Totally thought the Shelby had the Beamer. Obviously, I am happy the BMW was faster! You’ll have to show me how to use launch control in my 650.

These are two very different cars. I think you find the Shelby will start to kick-in on a slightly longer stretch and may even give the M6 a run for its money. However, the elegance, grace, body line and the unrivalled overall stellar performance of the M6 over shadows the Shelby - and to be honest - most muscle cars by a ‘mile’. Comparison would have been even more interesting if the Shelby was allowed to stretch the road. Nice one Elton.

GT350 is NA engine and MT. BMW is twin turbo and AT. Not a fair comparison. Besides, GT350 is a track car, not for drag racing.

The Shelby got better as your shifting got better. If you do several practice runs it might get a bit closer then it already is😉😊😉

I would tell u what u need to do to get it near 3.9 seconds but it’s not safe on the street only for the track. If u want instant torque drive a Tesla p100d

Why are you short shifting the Shelby lol that thing can almost hit 60mph in 1st gear and up to 80mph in 2nd, yet you shift twice?
On the first run I did but the other 2 I didn't.
Do the head to head drag race next time! Give 1 car length to Shelby :p

That is so true Kelly. The shelby is lite n nimble compared to the M6 which will feel like a boat around a track .

I'm not saying it for you specifically. but in general if you go see all the videos /comparaissons/ tests or races against other cars, they use the gran coupe. knowing that it is heavier (and,for me, uglier) than the coupe. I think for that, they should use the m5. no? I don't know ... I see it absurd. I honestly think people are obsessed with 4 doors. when it really is much more beautiful coupe. (in addition to having somewhat better performance) is my humble opinion
