Dude, was right there with you!! Soul fly, Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera and the gods of Metal themselves!! When it was still Ban One Ball Park (BOB). Best damm Metal concert of my life!!! Horns up up for life Brother 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Me too. I literally lost my voice for about a week after that and my hearing was fucked in my left ear for about 3 weeks after that show lol. We got there late when SLAYER was playing all the way in the nose bleeds. We was literally in our seats long enough to smoke a cigarette and we saw people rushing the field. I told my brothers let's go and when we stood up our whole section stood up and rushed the field behind home plate lol. BEST CONCERT EVER
1. The audio is taken a last day of a two day set in birmingham in 1997 Reunion show. 2. And a video takes is from both of them live performens. 3. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw you in Montreal back in the late seventies when I was a teenager in high school. I’m a Bassist, and most Bestie Kenny, and he is a guitarist. Yeah we saw You, and Humble Pie. Was Frampton with them? I don’t remember them much, but the Motor City Mad Man left a lifelong impression on me. When I think of Ted Nugent I think of an incredible American Icon that will go down in history. Your style is so unique, and Iconic. When I was a kid every kid that heard your songs was rocking out on the spot, either playing air guitar or singing and rocking out. It was great Mr.Ted Nugent it was great! You are a lively man with energy for days! I remember You swung on a rope off the top of some speakers or something? You were barely wearing a little fur mankini. 😂 You’re the best. By the way my friends, and I always referred to you as Uncle Ted!🦬
Hearing this strange but cool audio and video remix made me realize how cool is that 20 years later they still have their characteristic groove (watch their somewhat recent performance in the studio, Ward isn't in it, obviously, but they sound so good...).
@ferava7 In heavy metal, they ARE the most important band. But I was talking about xxDeathbreath's comment of them as the most important band in ROCK AND ROLL history.
The Band Black Sabbath is a Legend and we love them. Everyone should listen to them. They are one of our biggest influences. Our band Amaggot Bordir owes alot to them. We just added a new video today on my profile if anyone wants to hear something new and heavily influenced by Sabbath.
they are in their own sense but the beatles changed rock. dont get me wrong i love sabbath one of my favorite bands. and ozzy was inspired by john lennon and the beatles.
Tony lost the tips of his fingers working in a factory because a dumbass coworker took a day off and he had to build himself new fingertips. To lessen the strain, he slackenend the strings.
@Gwitfu90 that is just rubbish they have beeing the pioneers in the heavy metal scene which they have created because they were the first, how dare you say that is not THE most important band, without them the heavy metal movement would never be the same!!!!!!!
I was at that show on New Year’s Eve 99 in AZ. Geezer’s bass was so loud I thought the fuckin roof was gonna cave in. Good times!

I've been listening to this music since 1970 and it's still mainstream. Almost 40 years! It will always ROCK!
Are you still alive?
You can understand ozzy better when he sings or talks to the crowd compared to his regular speaking voice haha

This is my absolute favorite version of Paranoid. That middle section gets me going every time! Fucking epic

I love Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath always bring a smile to my face.
There is nothing like them
They have the METAL but they have the SOUL TOO
My crazy man for 50 years.
When I was like 10 years old, I was amazed how fast Ozzy changes his shirts.
I am so used to hearing them transition into Heaven And Hell at the end of Paranoid, that’s even the way I play it on guitar.
@ferava7 In heavy metal, they ARE the most important band. But I was talking about xxDeathbreath's comment of them as the most important band in ROCK AND ROLL history.

Tony lost the tips of his fingers working in a factory because a dumbass coworker took a day off and he had to build himself new fingertips. To lessen the strain, he slackenend the strings.
