So Blue Marvel was morally better than Icon. Not by much, because BM listened to President Kennedy in 1962 to ease the white public’s fear of a super powered black man Blue Marvel hid in the Mariana Trench for decades not openly helping the black people of the 616 universe for decades. Both characters are poor written and are not role models for black readers.
