No of Days: The request has to be closed within "n" number of days from the day of request creation By Date: Suppose we have month end closing, then we do that on fixed date like 1 st or 2 nd of any every month Formula: Some logic can be written for calculation of SLA time.

This is part of GRC. I never said this was introduced in GRC 12. If it is different in GRC 12 please let me know.
Its same in GRC 10 10.1 and 12.0
