She absolutely had symptoms of heart problems after watching her UA-cam videos few days ago. She had breathing problems early trimester...Sadly, her doctor failed her big time! In UK, black women are 5 times more likely to die pre/postpartum and 4 times more like to die here in the US. Listen to your body and if something is wrong go see next next next doctor until you find an answer.

The minute the pandemic broke I thought what about the figures on the mortality rate for black women dyeing during delivery? The figures are shocking an receive no attention. Sisters take extra precaution with life, work and family when expectant. We owe it to God The Father that we are still here and ourselves and our mothers made it.

I do work in labor and delivery I only can say is following with your O.B doctor and I am not say to be every week at the doctor office's for any little think however use your commonsense to go if you feel is necesary is better to be safe than sorry. I seen capo cases in my unit that could be prevented if may you feel something is not not normal. Stay safe and God Bless you. I am feeling blessing to work in that unit and participate of this miracle.
Every woman who gets pregnant is risking her life. Most of us don't know this but it's 100% true . Pregnancy is so unpredictable and even after you deliver the baby the risk is still there for about 6 weeks. Keep this in mind that our mother risked her life for us. Rest in peace dear.

The Baddest no it wasn’t a heart attack and they haven’t confirmed a heart attack. Heart attacks are easy to diagnose especially if they are massive all it takes is a blood test and ecg. So I doubt this young fit girl had a heart attack more likely a pulmonary embolism similar to what Serena Williams nearly died from during her pregnancy.
I thought of preclamsia when read the news the first time. I heard a lot about that condition cause Kim K had it on her pregnancies and that's why she decided to do surrogate for her 2 last pregnancies. Wow. This world is so complex and overwhelming.

I have always told people around me there can be complications during pregnancy, and women can succumb to them and pass away. As someone said below, pregnancy is one of the closest a woman can be to death, one foot in this world, one world in the next. Be careful ladies, take care of yourself, if something is really bothering you, go get it checked out, and be persistent in it. Not related to pregnancy, but I had real bad stomach problems, and my doctors told me it was nothin. Until years later, I will say I was on government insurance at 1st, but during college, my family paid for my health insurance, and I guess the doctors were better, and they found out I had gastritis, duodenitis, and esophagitis. Nothing was a WHOLE LOT of SOMETHING. I also wanted testing for memory loss (severe car accidents, hit and run, and a roll over), they said nothing was wrong. It's clear as day that I have short-term memory loss. It's is a known fact that people of color, especially black folks, don't get proper health care treatment and resources.
I just found out about her story and it's heartbreaking. What a lovely person. Her and her husband (marriage by love) were to be wonderful parents to their son and he clearly, not only loved, he celebrated. Nicole made an impact and she lives on in memory. May her husband live for love, there are no right words, I just wish him support.

May have been a pulmonary embolism. My 23yr old first cousin passed away at 4months pregnant on March 9, 1997; unborn baby as well. They thought she was having an asthma attack but it was a blood clot in her leg that traveled to her heart and burst. Pulmonary embolism. Same thing rapper Heavy D. passed away from. I believe she was already going into distress during photoshoot. I felt apprehensive the way the photographer had her in the bathtub in various positions at 8 months. Throughout her pregnancy she complained of shortness of breath. She may have had a blood clot in her lungs (pulmonary emboli )unknowingly that passed to her heart and caused heart attack. As one that has suffered with blood clots in my leg that broke off and went to my lungs, Nicole complained of very symptoms I had with pain in my back and shortness of breath due to clot in my lungs. She probably had hidden clot and with the continued contortion of her body in the tub, the clot dislodged and went to her heart. It's not normal for 24 year old to suffer massive heart attack. When she kept complaining of shortness of breath throughout her pregnancy her doctor should have examined her heart and checked her blood since pregnant women secrete more hormones during pregnancy which causes blood to be thicker and some women need to be placed on blood thinners as my daughter did while pregnant to prevent a blood clot. I just so badly wish she were here enjoying her precious baby boy. I know her family and Boga must feel like this is a horrible nightmare they cannot awaken from God help this family and grant them strength. RIP Nicole and Reign ❤😭

If you are pregnant....and feel something is not right head to the hospital no matter what ....pay attention to your body ...do not put stress on your body ....no heavy lifting, no over doing it with cleaning, no prolonged dancing, no fighting with your spouse, don’t take any weird baths, no massages, no essential oil steams ....Or being around chemicals,...nothing be careful ...my cousin passed while giving birth ....she held the baby and few hours later she died ....blood clots causing embolism......the baby lived ...we r still shocked and it’s 2 years later

As one that has suffered with blood clots in my leg that broke off and went to my lungs, Nicole complained of very symptoms I had with pain in my back and shortness of breath due to clot in my lungs. She probably had hidden clot and with the continued contortion of her body in the tub, the clot dislodged and went to her heart. It's not normal for 24 year old to suffer massive heart attack. When she kept complaining of shortness of breath throughout her pregnancy her doctor should have examined her heart and checked her blood since pregnant women secrete more hormones during pregnancy which causes blood to be thicker and some women need to be placed on blood thinners as my daughter did while pregnant to prevent a blood clot. I just so badly wish she were here enjoying her precious baby boy. I know her family and Boga must feel like this is a horrible nightmare they cannot awaken from

So very sad. If you're feeling unwell and having trouble breathing please get to the hospital. Trouble breathing during pregnancy can happen but if it's constant, that's not normal. And we know our own body so don't let anyone tell you how YOU FEEL.

If you are pregnant....and feel something is not right head to the hospital no matter what ....pay attention to your body ...do not put stress on your body ....no heavy lifting, no over doing it with cleaning, no prolonged dancing, no fighting with your spouse, don’t take any weird baths, no massages, no essential oil steams ....Or being around chemicals,...nothing be careful ...my cousin passed while giving birth ....she held the baby and few hours later she died ....blood clots causing embolism......the baby lived ...we r still shocked and it’s 2 years later

This is crazy, my friend lost her baby at 6 months of pregnancy. Her doctor said its a rare condition with pregnant women expecting baby boys. My friend said her chest was hurting and she was having horrible abdominal pain. My friend almost died that night too.
