hey melissa just a tip for andres i was on keto... eating a ton of pork rinds they were slowing down my weight loss just a precaution because they are 80 calories a serving and the small bags had 6 servings..you still have to count calories... i stopped eating them for 3 weeks to see if it would make a difference and i lost 7 pounds
I also love your grocery hauls. You buy some great healthy groceries for your family. Groceries are one of the biggest expenses besides the mortgage/rent. Bon Appetite!

If you can find the Pink Lady apple it tastes almost the same as a Honey Crisp apple. It took me a long time to find an apple I like (I use to hate them). Pink lady & honey crisp are now my go to. Here (in Washington) pink lady is .79 a pound and honey crisp (right now) are $1.49 a pound. Usually honey crisp in the grocery store are around $2.99 to $3.99 a pound. We usually go to a farmers market type store for them. I loved your haul💖
Do you know how to figure out your net carb? You take the amount of carbs and subtract the amount of fiber. So, for those green beans 7 carbs -3.4 fiber = 3.6 net carbs so that is not that much for 1 cup of green beans.
Pink Lady is an Australian apple created from a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams. It is my favourite apple, and really the only one I buy.
A great way to use the poblanos is to put them through the food processor, add sugar free maple syrup and 1-2 Tbs of oil and put in on chicken breasts and bake

DONNA STRATTON i think it just has to do with it being organic.. A pack small pack of chicken costs about $9 and we buy 4.. Wild caught salmon $18 a lb.. Beef $15 a lb.sometimes beef alone is $40..and thats for 1 meal.. Cheese is about $5 a pack and we get like 5 diff kind(cheese sticks, sliced, and shredded)...loaf of bread cost about $5.. Juice not from concentrate is about $9 a bottle.. Berries are approx $4 or $5 a pack and we get 2 of each raspberry. Blueberry. Blackberry..sometimes straberries...Its expensive to eat healthy and fresh foods and i understand why people cant and dont do it.

We would never eat one box of mac n' cheese. So I only make half of a box at a time..it's perfect. I measure out the pasta and the powder cheese add lil at a time and judge by the orange color.
Please stop piking up products with "zero sugar" or something like that, there is no sugar, but there are a lot of other chemicals for that "sweet taste" that can do more harm than sugar
I was wondering how you keep all the produce fresh for the month. When I would try a do that it would be bad in about 2 weeks

Unless I misunderstood, I'm wondering how the produce items last you all for 3-4 weeks. Maybe this is just me, but I buy fresh produce weekly.

Sometimes as a snack i like to warm the pepperoni for a few seconds in the microwave and top them with cream cheese and it’s so good!
