It's a facility vehicle and can only be parked there and it's special slot so it is technically a special vehicle since it has its assigned slot. I guess if you duplicated one and pushed it into a regular vehicle slot like you would the party bus then yeah you could do it like the regular car merch and then just go to your avenger and make a change to save it or start caged in to get the door open

Hi never tried to do my special vehicle warehouse vehicles as to get to the helicopter when requesting it camera weird f****** angle b******* just I wasn't even about to try that I did 4 vehicles and that I'm good with that... I guess he could always just try taking a helicopter without starting the glitch up and just see if your captain will deliver it to you on shore if you can call it then yeah I would imagine it would work .. if it works please update on your progress ☺️
