Hi, what are you doing with the earth cable? The diagram on the instruction manual is not that clear and I can only see you putting in love and neutral on the board. Thanks

Manufacture no required earth cable. Line in connection they have spare connector just leave there.

how many wires from the panel to the siren?

2 wire power, 1 strobe, 1 bell & 1 tamper. Hope this is helpful for you.
