Thanks Liz for the throw back. Proud Mt Alvernia pass student here but loooonggg before your time. My teachers were Miss Beckford and Miss Hall. Our lunch provider was Butterflakes and one of my faves was coco bread and cheese and we had a shrimp lady , so coco bread and shrimp too. Mobay is the real deal. Thanks Romaine too.

Hi Liz, I'm so happy to hear someone finally mention MT Alvernia High School. I'm also a graduate from there. I wouldn't even attempt to mention the teachers or the Sisters at that time... it would give away my age 😂. I was a member of the Glee Club Choir. U sang the sch song very well & I even sang along 👏👍. My house pin 'C', the red one btw I still have my pin. We didn't have patty & cheese then...go figure. My two sisters also attended as well. I really enjoyed this video & will be re watching.
