I went from Melbourne, Tasmania to New Zealand return in late December- very early January last year it was a 14 day Christmas cruise return to Melbourne & we could smell the smoke from the bush fires as we were entering Australian waters. Still a great cruise more fun on the Christmas cruise.
No... Cunard is not a British cruise line. It is owned by the American Carnival corporation, along with a number of other cruise lines such as Holland America line. It was originally established in England by Samuel Cunard well over a hundred years ago.

Booked in Nov 2020 from Melb to Adel, Kangaroo Island, Burnie and back to Melb :-)
Enjoy---It's a great ship!
I was thinking of going on cruise on this ship, This video has put me off the idea!
Yes-Cruising is not for everyone...and Cunard has it’s own British “culture”😊
Took a San Franciso to Sydney cruise on the QE in Feb. '18. It was fabulous.
Sorry, you guys missed the mark totally!!! Queen Elizabeth cruising is MUCH, MUCH more fun than this video shows!!!
