I think ozala had 1 girl that sadly passed away shortly after she was born. And yes, matadi is ozala's son, and shufai and lope's half brother because his father is not oumbi
@@tw7010 kinda he doesn't interact with them most of the time..but maybe we can consider the fact that momotaro had them at young age plus momotaro was alone no other gorillas around when he was starting to grow....maybe it can be one.of the factors why is aloof but momotaro is really trying to be a good senior silverback and a father

@@marieldeguzman6193 Only one female is eastern lowland (grauers), Amahoro. The rest are western lowland gorillas! So yes, Matadi is a western lowland gorilla :)

It's very interesting watching these two families with the different personalities. Gentaro and Kintaro have no relationship with their father at all
