Agar defrost heater ko bi metal 10 degree Celsius pe cut out nahi karta tho 70 degree Celsius ko thermal fuse defrost heater/ refrigerator ko safety ke liye band kar deta hai

Very good explanation . May I add one thing which you missed. Nowadays in frost free fridge the lamp and fan both are controlled by door switch. Your circuit shows only lamp is controlled by door. May like note and correct..
Again thanks for very good technical. I am retired electrical engineer and very well aware of electrical circuits of very complex machines in plants.
