Why don't we all cycle with this sort of saddle to bar drop? We use the rackets used by the best tennis players but most people buy bicycles that are used not in the solo events that we enjoy, but that are used in massive group events that we almost never participate in.

Well I want to be long and low, in the aero position even in traffic, but have my hands on the brakes and gears, which is why I don't use a TT but a modified road bike.
