Hi, I have a question. Does standard glass cut any better or stay intact better than low-iron glass? I've had some low iron glass water-jet cut before but over 50% of it chipped when piercing Thanks. And nice cutting!
Certain types of glass cannot be cut, such as tempered glass because it is under a stress load from the tempering process and shatters into many little pieces when cutting is attempted.

I think they would cut the glass first before heat tempering it.
For sure can't......
You have to cut it before put glass in the oven to make it tempered
