BS no state prohibit a person with only misdemeanors voting rights. And if you're a felon for a 30 check, you are lying because in no state is a 30 dollar bogus check a felony UNLES they were stolen checks even then to get upgraded to a felony you'd had done it multiple times. I remember when Rudy Giuliani was mayor. He allowed the police to do the jobs that they were trained to do. Crime was down and everybody loved New York City back then.
NYC crime is way down since Rudy left office. There were 162,908 felonies reported in 2001, and only 126,786 in 2023. After Covid crime spiked, but it's been trending downward for the last 3 years.
