I'm glad Athearn did the right thing. I've found their customer service to be awful. I had a locomotive with missing number boards, ditch light that didn't work and a lose wire. When I wrote them to get the number boards, they basically told me too bad, send it back if you're not happy. I rarely buy Athearn anymore because of that these days. Having bad quality control and awful customer service is a bad combination. That being said, they do make very nice looking models these days and when they run, they run well. Thanks for the video.

Athearn Génesis P42 Amtrak in HO scale.
I haved a GE P42 Amtrak locomotive in N scale, is Kato, made in Japan 🇯🇵.
