Great hand grinder skill there, most just use the arms. You pivot at hip. I do the same when freehanding lines to keep them straight.

What is the purpose of soaking in diesel fuel? Thank you for sharing. Have a blessed day.
When the diesel burns off it burns the oxygen inside the chain making for a better forge weld... basically the same principle as flux
