If its 5~10%, 93% isnt 9.3 but rather 93% of the span which is 10-5=5%. 93% of 5 is 4.65 ane adding it to the mininum 5 is 9.65. correct if im wrong. If it was 6~18% it would be 93% of 18-6=12, so 93% of 12 etc..
