Sir, there is a confusion for Didi, in case of DD, is the relation between banker and customer, indemnity holder and indemnity fire or creditor and Debtor

Sir, Trustee and Bailee, Beneficiary and Bailor दोनों का meaning एक ही हैं या दोनों का meaning अलग- अलग है क्योंकि lecture की starting में Relationship Cases (Bank as a Trustee and Bailee-Bailor Relationship) में तो एक ही meaning लिखा है PDF में, Trustee or Bailee and Beneficiary or Bailor??
Last Question में दोनों options दिए गए हैं, तो answer में Bailee and Bailor का सही बताया गया है|

Both are different
Trustee only takes care of the property but Bailee receives the possession of the bailor's property.

Trustee- banks duty is to safeguard customer things
Lessor- bank gives a locker to customer and it is upto customer now to keep their things in locker
I think this is the difference
