I agree. Budget content is more fun than super high end boards with limited stock. Of course i do believe premium videos are fun tho
Wouldn’t complain about more videos, but I find premium content more interesting. Budget boards seem to mostly come down to material and a bunch of mods
Of course that’s not including stuff like the Zoom or QK series, which are budget-priced but have some uniqueness to them
I think there are as many nice boards in either segment

The ixpe sheet goes between the plate and the switches. It stops vibration and to my opinion improve the sound. On my R1, I just put this and the thin case foam (not the hotswap one) and it sounds great. I will enter the GB for the southpaw version

On the hunt for a work keyboard now that I’m back in office but after really paying attention to my workflow in Excel I use the Home key a ton and didn’t realize it. I’ll have to keep exploring potential condensed 10 key options or just go full up.

the only thing about this keyboard i would miss is the function row! looking at getting an 1800-style/96% one for myself as the full-size is just slightly too large for me and how i prefer to type, and i use the numpad enough to need one.

Hello. this is off topic I’m sorry but I just bought the razor huntsman mini off of Amazon and I saw your video about it and I am very sad that it’s not hot swappable. What are some good websites to go to to buy good custom keyboards. I came to this video because it’s your most recent and there’s no way you would see the comment on the video that you posted to years ago. And I just found this channel and I love your vids because I love to have and be able to build my own keyboards!
Anyone knows where I can find accessories for a keychron k4 v2? Like gaskets, foams, and stuff like that? I just got into modding keyboards by accident and I wanted to start cheap and slow.
I don't mind ribbon cables but I've been dealing with them for over 30 years as a computer builder so maybe that's colored my thoughts.

This is exciting! I have small hands, and carpal tunnel, but NEED a number pad for work. I'm so happy *smaller* versions of mechanical keyboards *with* number pads are *finally* starting to come out. I'm so tired of everything being too large, and that causing daily re-injury just to do my job. "#IcePacksRUs" Here's hoping they actually get closer to affordable soon! (Affordable means $50-$115 range.)

Have you tried reviewing the fnatic streak 65 lp ? I am currently typing this comment on it and this keyboard is so good/ I bought this a couple of days ago and cant complain.
Nice to see something approaching full sized. It's a significantly underserved market. Given that the vast majority of keyboards that are sold worldwide are full sized +104key. the fact that almost no full sized 'kit-boards' exist really confuses me.
I've tried a 96% but the cramped shift and nav cluster is a pain (GK96S.)
I guess I'll continue to struggle by with my Model-M form 1986 or my Space-invaders from 1993
Keychron has really good in-stock full size keyboards. Same quality as their other boards but proper full-size format. The Keychron Q6 is the highest end option that they have
