I'm confused a little- inn the ingredient list there's no brown sugar… Do I replace one of the three cups of white sugar with the brown sugar??? Or am I supposed to add a total of 4 cups of sugar to 2 cups of water?! That seems extreme… I just want to make sure I understand bc I want to make this so bad! Sa brine solution po ibabad ng 24 hrs para manuot yong alat sa mangga para hindi mahalo yong alat ng mangga sa tamis ng pickling solution... pwede rin naman ideretso yong asin sa pickling solution... pero may pagkakaiba po ang lasa... kailangan din ibabad sa pickling solution for 24 hrs para equally distributed yong solution kasi pag diretso sa bote... maliit na ang space dun bk kulangin ng pickling solution... thank you for your suggestion... but it has really a difference... thank you for watching.

I uses a washed sugar (light brown sugar) you can use white sugar too with the same measurement... thank you for watching.
