    सर धन्यवाद. इस संदर्भ में जानना चाहता हूं
    १) जमिन संबंध में न्यायालय में दावा लंबित है
    २) वादि की बहन, वादि के द्वारा दी गयी पाॅवर आॅफ एटार्नी का दुरुपयोग कर, जमीन की रजिस्ट्री कर देती है.
    ३) प्रतिवादी इस आधार पर वादि का अधिकार निरस्त करने का आवेदन देता है. प्रतिवादी रजिस्ट्री की अधिकृत प्रतिलिपि पटल पर प्रस्तुत करने में असफल रहता है, आवेदन खारिज हो जाता है.
    ४) वादि को निजी प्रयासों से प्रतिलिपि मिल जाती है.
    आपसे मार्गदर्शन चाहिए
    १) क्या वादि को वह रजिस्ट्री इसी दावे में प्रस्तुत कर निरस्त करने का आवेदन देना चाहिए, (धारा ५३ के अंतर्गत).
    २) रजिस्ट्री निरस्त करने के लिए प्रथक दावा लगाना चाहिए.
    कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें.

      भाई जब दावा लम्बित था तो वादी ने अपनी बहन को बेचने की पॉवर क्यों दी,,,,वादी खुद डिफॉल्टर है प्रतिवादी बहन तो मात्र वादी की प्रतिनिधि, एजेंट थी अंतिम रूप से वादी ही प्रथम दृष्टया खुद जिम्मेदार हैं

    sir, mera ek sawal hai meri property ke bare main, hamne jab 2009 me agreement of sale kiya tab highcourt main suit panding tha ,high court ka judgement 2017 me hamare faver may aaya, ab 2019 may agreement of sale valid hai ya may usko under sec 52 cencel karva sakta hu

      If he is known of fact that it is disputed property then can't , he have to honour the decision of court. But if he purchased in good faith then can file a suit (rarely) but as a separate case not in the same case.

    Sir ek property h jispe 1972 se abhi tak (now)us property pe case chal rha supreme court m h but in 2010 mere father ne wo property Kisi 3rd party ko sell kardiya tha , so sir can I get that property ?? And if I can ,what should I do now .pls reply sir

    Hello Anand ji.....Mai llb 3yr sem 4 me appear krne wali hu ..jisme hame criminology, Taxation law and Bankruptcy me se ek subject choose KRNA hai...Kya aap bata sakte hai ki ismese konsa subject choose KRNA behtar hoga...ho sake to subject choice krne pe ek chotasa video banaye aur tino subjects ki short me jankari de... taki hame Tino subjects ki kuch idea aaye aur unmese konsa subject hume padhne me aasan hoga ye decide kr paye...

    mera case 2018 se abhi tak chal raha hai kisine bhi stay nahi liya kay case ke doran plaintiff without court and defendant permission property bech sakta hai kya use transfer of property act section 52 lis pendant lagu hoga.
    Kya transfer legal hoga ki null and void hoga

      It is as such not carrying any 'attachment' like effect...people having ownership can transfer ..and no notice to pending of case can also be proved by third party, if really can not be known to him/ her having no connection with any of the parties....
