MY TB kahit NEGATIVE ang XRAY?

that is asking:
"Hello doc, my son was positive with TB Quantiferon Gold. But negative in xray. However, may nakapang kulani and slow weight gain. 13.5KG 3 years old. Pinagtetake na po siya ng Kidz Kit Forte. Okay lang po ba un kahit negative naman sa xray?"
QuantiFERON-TB Gold is a test that helps diagnose tuberculosis (TB) infection. It's a rapid and reliable test that can be used in countries with high or low TB prevalence. The test involves stimulating whole blood overnight with TB-specific antigens, then measuring the interferon gamma concentration from the plasma. Hello po doc. Nag pa test anak ko ppd test negative naman po. Pero sa xray my nakita na kulani at koch infection sabi ng doc. Need daw nya mag gamutan ng 6 months.. 6 yrs old palang po kasi anak ko. Sana masagot

Baka latent tb siya which is Hindi contagious
