Halftones aren't strictly necessary for every t-shirt design, but they're essential for photos, gradients, and any image where you want to capture smooth transitions between colors. Halftones add depth and detail that you can't achieve with solid colors alone.
Hi there! Could you please record the screen when you encounter this error and send it to my email? This will help me understand the cause of the error. You can utilize this free recording tool: www.screencastify.com/ Additionally, I recommend watching this video on how to run actions without errors: ua-cam.com/video/o11MrJFWUFg/v-deo.html
You need to flash the white underbase and then use CMYK inks. You may also have to print CMYK with flashes in between. Try and see which method works well. CMYK prints will give best results when printed wet on wet with CMYK inks on light color tshirts.
To print over 20 colors on a T-shirt, two popular methods are CMYK and simulated process printing. CMYK combines Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black to achieve a broad color spectrum, while simulated process printing uses halftone patterns and color blending for intricate designs with multiple colors.

How would you do for a black Tshirt?
For a black Tshirt, you can use a solid white underbase and print CMYK on top of it.
@@learncolorseparation thank you 👍

can a screen printer print over 20 colors on a tee shirt?

How do you save each channel?
I have shown those steps in this step by step cmyk separation video. ua-cam.com/video/-Ln5FdcP-34/v-deo.html
Why 15° and not 22.5
cyan 15°, magenta 75°, yellow 0°, and black 45° are CMYK angles. 22.5° is for normal halftones.
@@learncolorseparation oh I didn't know that. This really help me out.
