This song was used as opening theme song for Japanese stage play little while ago, and I believe there aren't any CD released.
On the package of DVD, it says that the name of the singer is "ノワール”, and it's "NOWARU" in Japanese pronunciation, but maybe it's French word "Noir".
This is the play. It's about vampires!
