For the glass window pane: I think you were intended to only keep the glass pane LINEART and not color it in - any printing would not let light through, even if the layer was transparent - hopefully this helps? All your work came out awesome!!!!!

if you’re using blender you just need to click apply on the mirror modifier in object mode, switch to wireframe view and select all the points of one of the limbs in edit mode, right click, down to separate and then click separate by selection. hope that makes sense 💀
Your model looks so cute! I love the style you're going for! I've only done a little bit of 3D modeling so I'm no expert but if you feel like you wanted to change something about how you went about it, I noticed your model has a lot more polys than it really needs to for the style. I'd say since you're going for a more nostalgic 90s/2000s look, maybe it would help to model it with fewer polygons. I don't know how to rig a model yet though, so I can't help you there 😅
