I have nothing with boats. I dont own one, I dont know anyone that does and I probably will never even be able to buy one. But I still love watching these videos
Thank you, Aquaholic. For 54 minutes (I watched it twice...) I didn't think about COVID or my health or my stressful job or my leaking basement or my overgrown lawn or anything that causes me a bit of stress. For 54 minutes that was my new yacht and I was touring it for the first time with an expert I trust & respect. Now I think I might have to watch it again.
@bMan, now all you have to think about is where you’ll go for your first trip, who you’ll take and where you plan to moor her. Now, would you care for a somewhat green deckhand/steward. I mix a great martini 🍸
Your walkthroughs Nick are the best I've seen, no detail left out, no annoying background music, just brilliant. This has got to be my favourite yacht for sheer practicality of layout and crewed or not crewed option. This yacht ticks every box. Thank you.

My favorite. This is possibly the best yacht I've seen on the channel or any other - beautiful, clean, efficient, luxurious but sensible. This fits my sensibilities far better than any hideously opulent floating roman orgy palace. And again Nick tackles it with masterful simplicity and enthusiasm that make all his videos a joy to watch. Superb. Now where did I lay that 7.5 million.
Its been a couple years now, and after looking at 10 million other boats, this is still the best overall boat I've seen. 3k miles at 8kts is incredible for this size boat. I wish folks who own these would start a YT channel about it.
It’s insane that the FD110 is over 10 MILLION dollars more, this definitely seems to be a way better value. I’m not sure, but could that have to do with some regulations? I think this still falls under the 24 meter category which I heard has different regulations when it’s surpassed or something? I don’t know, but paying 10 million more for 23 feet more yacht seems insane even for a billionaire
Has to be the finest, most space efficient and beautifully planned interior I have ever seen on a 90 foot yacht. Even the crew cabin and dual purpose mess/beach club area is to die for. Hats off to the Horizon design and construction team. It is amazing how much more you can pack into a displacement hull and I love it. Thank you Nick for another one of your fabulous in depth reviews.
This is my kind of machine. Elegant, exquisite, it fabulous. Like that master suite it is to die for. Very very nice thanks for the video. Keep up the good work👌
I did the commercial for this boat and cruising out of Kaohsiung to Xio liuqui at speed was extremely smooth and quiet. The most noticeable thing is the craftsmanship in these boats, everything blends and a tight fit to it. It was so quiet I actually fell asleep in the master cabin between shooting scenes! There is an abundance of space on this thing, inside you feel more like you are on a 120'' or bigger!
The mind truly boggles at how you go about designing and building such yachts as these. This one appears to be an exceptionally fine example. What a wonderful way to spend one’s holidays, or retirement (dream on!). However, maintaining such a complex, large, floating home is way beyond my tiny mind’s ability to comprehend! Superb review, Nick, as always.
Not gonna lie, that’s one beautiful boat. But what absolutely takes the cake is the Beachclub/Crew-Mess! I wish more boats would have something like that. I mean, both crew and guests get a very nice area. Win-Win if you ask me!
It’s hydraulic, you won’t get it closed tighter than that. Do you really think they missed that on the check list.

@@RussellBond13 I actually worked in a hydraulic system rebuilding facility in Tacoma for several years and got to install and test (sea trial) our repairs on many Yachts. Hydraulics can be incredibly powerful but if you lose pressure due to a broken fitting, failed line or blown motor then the pressure drops to zero. It must have a latching mechanism somewhere but I don't see it. To gain commercial certification in class a manual block is required. Ride the BC (british Columbia) ferries sometime and you'll see crew dogging the doors shut after the hydraulics close them.

Not too snooty of a boat either, I like how there are laundry machines in the guest cabins. Only thing I might do is turn the master quarters into an indoor bar or small theatre because that VIP cabin is really nice in itself. Thanks for the videos, it's so fun to dream about!

The styling and layout of the boat had me sold, the size of the non-VIP cabins was the icing on top, but then beach club/ crew mess went just over the top. As if that wasn’t enough, the range on this beauty at 8 knots of 3,000 nm is just way too much. Bravo! You have out done yourself with one. The only thing missing from this boat is me.... Bravo!!!
That is a stunning yacht. So well laid out with lovely touches. I like the wood panelling in the crew areas. I often feel that the bland white on some yacht crew areas makes it feel like steerage on the old ships while the 1st class guests have beautiful panelling and decor. This however makes it look like they appreciate the crew and want them to have a nice looking area and even the use of the beach club at the rear deck. Nice that it has the ability to cover a lot of miles too. You truly have us converted into yacht owning wannabes Nick. All we need is the money to buy one 😊. Thanks for the tour !
I never understood why crew areas seem to be designed miserably, why not make them nice? The boat is already an extremely expensive luxury item, a few extra thousand is nothing at that stage. Maybe it's really just to enforce the class divide thing

It looks like a very well-designed boat. All spaces look well balanced with innovative ideas to make the boat more versatile for all circumstances and nothing seems missing. It offers lots of options, owner operated or with occasional or permanent crew. It has a nice crew area, a beach club and it has transatlantic range! Not sure though if you'd ever dare to cross the ocean in it. It looks like it has it all for a 24 m certified yacht. This boat certainly raises the bar and sets a high benchmark standard for the others to keep up with.
Love, love, love this yacht! Wow, so absolutely inviting and nicely appointed. A little fast on your camera panning on this one, but I was glad that Maggie was behaving when you checked on her. I always get such a kick waving back at you when you greet us in the mirror!
Okay, grab a coffee (or cocktail like myself) and "A Few Comments"... The displacement hull provides an incredibly spacious interior. The exterior... SO sexy...! The Aft Cockpit - Love the social area versus a rarely used dining area! The Main Saloon - Sheer perfection...! Finally..... A TV of respectable proportions to the room...!!! The dining concept is genius. I love the aft-looking option! "Mosquito screens on every door"... Only a Floridian can appreciate the usefulness of this! The Galley - Again... Perfect...! The breakfast bar, yeah. The cabinetry is flawless, and the deep sinks are perfectly utilitarian, to say the least...! The Master Cabin - Perfect. Well - almost. The TV is huge (for a change), but to say it's "off center" would be an understatement. I've always wondered (especially with sufficient head room available)... Why not mount the TV in the ceiling, on an articulating mechanical arm that 'drops it down out of the ceiling' so to speak, for the small amount of time you'd actually watch TV while on this craft... And the "center bar" in the window... Just NO. The cedar lined wardrobes... Awesome! The floating steps are a nice touch... And the tread width... throughout the boat... Perfect...! (again) Nothing grinds my gears more than a 6"-8" tread to try to land just the heel portion of your foot while you navigate a vessel...! Try it after 3 cocktails...! Grrr... Guest Cabins - What finishes...! The TVs (again) are substantial for the cabin size, and the muted finishes are truly exquisite...! The VIP cabin is incredible, even compared to many master cabins. *cocktail break Upper Deck - The place I would spend a majority of my time...! And it has a sound bar. Whoopty-friggin-do...! So do I, as well as every other brown bagger out there... My yacht ethos (if I were ever to own one): NOTHING on my boat that can be purchased at Walmart. Period. Why aren't these yachts equipped with true high-end sound systems - not just 6"Ø speakers stuffed into the bulwark...?!? Shrugs... My fav part is the dual use Beach Club / Crew Mess as well...! That's just a brilliant use of square footage. Overall... My favorite "boat for the money" I've seen yet...! Nick - truly spectacular presentation, as usual sir...!
Re watched! Love when you discuss liters per hour!!!! I can hear Greta clutching her chest, wincing at the mere thought whilst Clarkson reels in laughter! She doesn’t understand the cost of power!
I had always thought I would buy the pearl 80 or the cranchi 78 if I were ever mega rich, but now this one's put me in even more of a quandary.....now I have three dream boats! 😁👍
I have just been reading about the hull design of this yacht on their website, very clever. A cracking boat, loads of volume for its size, brilliant! Thanks for another smashing tour Nick, well done.
Now that's a perfect yacht. Dinning table that could seat all of the guests with a couple of extra chairs at each end of the table, and a cruising range to go places, Spain, Italy, Greece even the USA etc. I think the Yacht designers nailed it on this one. I suspect I might need to raid my piggy bank.
Wow, that is probably the coolest boat of this kind that I've ever seen. A ton of thought has gone into this. Thanks for an excellent video. It's appreciated.
Superlative tour. This boat and the Galeon 640 are my favourite tours so far. Rather than a lot of shine, champagne, and splash, I love the boats that have multi-purpose areas and clever uses/gadgets (tour more if you can find 'em!). This Horizon feels solid, comfortable, and confident.
Probably one of my favorites. Great wood selection, kudos to pointing out the different color tones on both levels, didn't even notice it. Very practical and multipurpose facilities.
dear Sir .. tQ for ur review of the yacth. all yacths are beautiful but to me personally in this instance is your presentation ... your presentation was superb..!! the pace of going round the yacth, the camera's field of view, the pace panning the interior and lastly, the voice level in the narrations - that's all. Congrats Sir ..
Binge watching your channel has started a fascination with wanting to sail, looking forward to some catamarans in the future hopefully. Keep the great content coming 👍🏼. Thank you from Texas
Slazenger Not everyone is in to diesel on top of diesel on top of diesel to do so... Co-opting the term “sailing” really annoys me. True sailing uses the wind as your primary power source and modern sailing vessels use more and more wind/solar/battery technology in order to minimise and eliminate the use of burning fossil fuels (petroleum, diesel and propane...) whilst in the ocean... motor vessels are the antithesis of this and are the antithesis of “sailing”...
The best layout I’ve seen on a boat this size.. absolutely practical and beautiful at the same time. Truly awesome tour and bookmarked for how a boat should be. Great work Nick, this one really blew my mind.
So much interior VOLUME. This boat is MASSIVE. I had to keep reading the title to make sure this wasn't a "Hundred Foot Class" boat. NOTHING appears cramped. IF someone were to make me a gift of this I would NOT be hesitant to accept (hint hint). Thank you again, Nick - nice surprise... BTW - the "hint hint" was directed at any viewers wanting to donate $10 Million for the boat and EXPENSES - with a lifestyle, er yacht like this, the owner has GOT to flash cash AND hire a family, er crew.
Even if they giving it away I would not have money to pay for maintenance, fuel, mooring, etc. So, getting this boat free is still a non-starter ..... unfortunately ....
Literally the first yacht on this channel that I find almost 100% attractive and tasteful (by my aesthetic). That's to say they're not beautiful generally in their own right, but I find most of them ostentatious or just tastelessly ugly, more as price goes up. This one is rather lovely, not that I could ever afford such a thing, sitting in a home less than 1/7th the price with a mortgage.
The lack of style is disturbing, those lights in the master cabin are too cheap a solution, and same goes for most other interior things. Why spend this much on something that looks cheap, when you can get cheaper boats that looks more expensive, like Azimut. And "tastelessly ugly, more as price goes up", you must have missed Riva 88 Folgore, no person on the outside of a restraining jacket can seriously call a Riva, or even an Azimut, tasteless.
That is a very impressive yacht as is. I love the agressive, powerful Orca look from the bow through the midship. There are a few changes I’d make but otherwise this yacht checks all the right boxes. Very nicely done Nick!
Nick a person paying this amount for a boat, will no be cleaning or running it .... I ran a 23 meter triple deck Horizon back in the day and it was a team job ... aged me years lol But John Lay and his team in Taiwan do make a fantastic product and just keep getting better and better. keep up the good work
There are some yacht owners who actually care about maintaining their own boat who clean it etc. Only the rich who demand service and a crew who aren't actual boaters are the ones with the crews and servants.
Wonderful super yacht, finding a spare 7.5 million bucks is the problem for most, and a tidy crew to look after everything. Always a nice tour , window shopping is free 👍
This boat really speaks to me. I can't really see anything I don't like about it. Probably the favourite one I've seen you do but unless I come into $20M I'll have to keep dreaming I own it.
That is by far the best most well layout yacht I have ever seen on your channel. I've got my lottery ticket and will with a little luck be ordering soon.
Great layout - especially that beach club. I will probably never be able to own a 100 ft yacht - but one day I hope to be able to at least tour one or go out for a cruise. Congrats to anyone that can afford such a beautiful boat.
I came across one of these on the water late last year, just off Sanibel Island. It's called Skyline and is blue. Very spectacular. That one is owner operated and is moored behind his house on Sanibel.
Came for Nick doing what Nick does best, stayed for the comments: viewers notice every detail - my favourite on this one is the hinges - a spectacular boat in so many ways and all they see are the hinges!
Love this one, not sure why, just the overall layout and design is very welcoming. Maybe thats it, its not flashy or glitzy but very very well planned and and liveable. Great review of a great boat :)
Lovely boat. The master was great, the kitchen was nice & big for the size of boat, the crew area was nice as well along with the mess/beach club. The entire was awesome!
The small thing that annoys me with most of these boats are the cupboard hinges, if I were paying millions of pounds for a boat, I'd want proper craftsman fitted hinges on all the doors, most of these beautiful boats are stunning, and then I see you open a door and it has the same cheap hinges as my B&Q kitchen, I watched a video of yours recently of a dutch boat and it had lovely fitted hinges, it pleased me greatly, so until these production boat builders start fitting quality hinges, I'm not buying one, also the lack of serious money in my bank account is also stopping me buying one 😁
A very good looking yacht. But there are so many things that is wrong with this boat with a price of 7.5. I would not want the owners bedroom on the same level as the entertainment area. Imagine wanting to go the bed at 02:00, but your guest wanna stay up til 04:00 🙈 🔊 The owners bedroom is a little small for 7.5. And the TV in the master is not even centered. It's on the left side 😂 They could have just put it in the ceiling with a ghost function. And did you see the color of the closet? The owners bedroom should have been on the whole top floor. Imagine the views, and with the outside area in the back. But they have given that to the captain 🙈
@@chr.burmeister If you mean the inside of the closet / wardrobe, it's cedar lined, something that particularly appeals to the american market, it keeps bugs andd moths out,
@@neilspare9597 also suits Australian market and climate well done mate good point I care about my comfort with all that cost of a yacht when I say everybody retire they have to respect that or other option is go on rent a yacht f...off another way of saying
Another excellent tour as usual. That is quite the proper little ship. The only thing that I would change would be to enclose the helm, and to turn at least half of that sky lounge into a captains cabin and office.
Thanks Nick, I am never ever likely to have the good fortune to own and skipper a beautiful craft like this. But you make it possible to imagine. Cheers mate.
As others have already stated, I too know nothing about boats of this class, as I've only owned boats in the 15-18' range, but this is absolutely beautiful. If I ever won the powerball I would love to rent or lease one for a time to see if it would truly fit my lifestyle.

@@jellycoding Well for a start I was only joking. And second, you think anyone can make over 10 million dollars in a few years? That’s possibly the most ridiculous comment I’ve ever seen on UA-cam
@@24sumo there are many ways to get alot of money in a couple years, you just need to take a different path financially. Some of the paths require luck and risk whilst others require a certain education. But stuff like starting a company or investing are some things you can get into.
@@24sumo man you plebeians can’t understand, poverty truly eliminates imagination. With a little creativity anyone can become rich. I for one made 30 million last month with my improvised crystal meth formula.
Sir, you are a master at what you do. Excellent, informative tours - no time wasting and a very easy-to-listen-to style. I have watched many of your videos and truly enjoyed every one. Thank you ! ! !
You are very welcome
"It smells delicious" pretty much sums it up. Thanks for the great review.
Thanks for watching!
*cocktail break
Upper Deck - The place I would spend a majority of my time...!
I keep waiting for the commas to magically appear in my account. But alas, I just live vicariously in these videos instead. Thank you!
Re watched! Love when you discuss liters per hour!!!! I can hear Greta clutching her chest, wincing at the mere thought whilst Clarkson reels in laughter! She doesn’t understand the cost of power!
This yacht is one of my favourite, so cleaver how space has been used, and very good looking and well refined. My score is 10/10! Amazing
My pleasure!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love the dual purpose crew mess/beach club
Probably one of my favorites. Great wood selection, kudos to pointing out the different color tones on both levels, didn't even notice it.
Very practical and multipurpose facilities.
Ooh haven’t had a super yacht for a while. Thank you Nick, sure it’ll be great!
Hope you enjoy it!
dear Sir .. tQ for ur review of the yacth.
all yacths are beautiful but to me personally in this instance is your presentation ... your presentation was superb..!!
the pace of going round the yacth, the camera's field of view, the pace panning the interior and lastly, the voice level in the narrations - that's all. Congrats Sir ..
You’re very kind 🙂
Binge watching your channel has started a fascination with wanting to sail, looking forward to some catamarans in the future hopefully. Keep the great content coming 👍🏼. Thank you from Texas
Hey there Texas!
Heath Roy This isn’t sailing... it’s motoring...
@@BuzzLightyear9999 ... has to love the Silent 55 :-)
Jens Peter Simonsen absolutely... it’s amazing...
...(although travelling in the Silent 55, awesome as it may be, still isn’t “sailing”)
The best layout I’ve seen on a boat this size.. absolutely practical and beautiful at the same time. Truly awesome tour and bookmarked for how a boat should be. Great work Nick, this one really blew my mind.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the tour! I laughed out loud at “ruffling your bouffant” haha!
Glad you enjoyed it!
“ stop the breeze and ruffling your bouffant “. Hahaha
glad you mentioned it, that was my fav bit too!!
I came to look for this comment. lol
best line ever and feature
Dear Nick .
Can`t decide whether I like you or the boats more :D
Was an awesome tour again ...
To all yacht fans: I send you love :)
Really taken by this; and if I was more experienced (and had the money) I would get this and manage this myself!! Thanks Nick 😀
Somehow, once again, one of my favorite yachts. It is big but also cozy, comfortable, modern.
What a lot of boat squeezed into 90feet. Looks a very pleasant place to be for a few weeks or months. 👍🏻
This is a beautifully laid out yacht. Very impressive amount of room for its size.
Now that touches perfection... beautiful, excellent layout... sure is on my “Horizon” ! Of course Nick’s tour helps a bit...
WOW! What a spectacular boat. The dual beach bar / crew mess area is ingenious. Great Tour!
Glad you enjoyed it!
What a positively delightful boat....
Would they by chance be giving any away? Maybe?...
😂😂😂
Nick I'd settle for a 110% discount so I could have a little diesel and moring fees money 😃
yeah but you need like 250 retweets.
Even if they giving it away I would not have money to pay for maintenance, fuel, mooring, etc. So, getting this boat free is still a non-starter ..... unfortunately ....
I'd love to do your job, but alas, you're doing it, and so bloody well I might add. Keep 'em coming nick. I can never tire of you "
Tire of your go all areas blogs. 😊😉
@@pflaffik all opinions mate. There’s not point arguing to someone that apples tastes better than oranges, your not going to change their view
Never say never.
Great layout...the kitchen abounds...and of course, the beach club is spectacular.
I would probably want one of these over a sunseeker. Such a gorgeous yaught
Thanks Nick for a great tour around this well designed yacht. Which for this size kept on surprising.
Glad you enjoyed it
Wonderful super yacht, finding a spare 7.5 million bucks is the problem for most, and a tidy crew to look after everything. Always a nice tour , window shopping is free 👍
Plus a few million to run it!
I started viewing your, and others, videos on boats last month and I have to say that your videos set the standard for all others.
You're very kind :)
You never to seem to quit making me a believer in a new company.
I'm glad Horizon to be know by you now even it had already 33 years old
This boat really speaks to me. I can't really see anything I don't like about it. Probably the favourite one I've seen you do but unless I come into $20M I'll have to keep dreaming I own it.
That’s got to be one of the best I’d say. Truly magnificent boat!
That is by far the best most well layout yacht I have ever seen on your channel. I've got my lottery ticket and will with a little luck be ordering soon.
Glad you like it!
Awesome boat! I've dreamed about a boat like this for years. I'll just have to work a littler harder, and save a little better. Thanks for the tour!!!
Best planned boat I've seen in my life
The small thing that annoys me with most of these boats are the cupboard hinges, if I were paying millions of pounds for a boat, I'd want proper craftsman fitted hinges on all the doors, most of these beautiful boats are stunning, and then I see you open a door and it has the same cheap hinges as my B&Q kitchen, I watched a video of yours recently of a dutch boat and it had lovely fitted hinges, it pleased me greatly, so until these production boat builders start fitting quality hinges, I'm not buying one, also the lack of serious money in my bank account is also stopping me buying one 😁
A very good looking yacht. But there are so many things that is wrong with this boat with a price of 7.5.
I would not want the owners bedroom on the same level as the entertainment area. Imagine wanting to go the bed at 02:00, but your guest wanna stay up til 04:00 🙈 🔊
The owners bedroom is a little small for 7.5.
@@chr.burmeister What about the PEACE of the boats moored alongside?
Owner's rules my friend ... or you go overboard.
@@chr.burmeister If you mean the inside of the closet / wardrobe, it's cedar lined, something that particularly appeals to the american market, it keeps bugs andd moths out,
@@neilspare9597 also suits Australian market and climate well done mate good point
I care about my comfort with all that cost of a yacht when I say everybody retire they have to respect that or other option is go on rent a yacht f...off another way of saying
Another excellent tour as usual. That is quite the proper little ship. The only thing that I would change would be to enclose the helm, and to turn at least half of that sky lounge into a captains cabin and office.
It's amazing how skillful boat designers can be. Truly remarkable
