The town appears to be a clean and attractice place. I have only visited Cannock chase previously but not the town. I have restored some vintage edge tools made in Cannock, very good quality British tool makers, no longer in businees unfortunatel, but the industrial heritage is of interest.

I’ve been to Cannock a few times but only Cannock chase. Good tracks for bikes! Town looks nice, and the weather was good that always helps 😊

If you want to visit the German War Cemetery and Cannock Chase Forest, it is closer to Hednesford train station.
