HEY!!!! that's so sweet of you and thanks for checking in on me. I miss old youtube too, it feels like a totally different space now then how it started and what is being pushed just isn't me anymore. So many people from that time have left and I can see why they don't do it any longer either, would be great to still see some of the spirit of yesteryear but the magic has gone in my opinion but things move on and so do people. x
Omg I didn’t realize you were back! Your channel was the first beauty channel I ever watched more than a decade ago when I was a teen. It absolutely kicked off a beauty addiction. I remember all your Lush and MAC hauls and just being in awe of all the stuff you had because I was too young to afford any of it 😂 I’m so glad to see you’re back and doing well 😊 I get what you mean about UA-cam changing. UA-cam really lost its sense of “community” as it grew, especially the beauty space. Now it’s just constant selling, cancelling, people doing anything and everything for fame, and just an insane amount of egos. I miss ye olde days lol
Oh my gosh, I got so happy when I saw you posted a new video!! So glad to see you and what you have been up to. It’s wonderful you are creating content on your terms and when it gives you joy and is fun for you. The RH where you are is beautiful… I live near San Francisco and there is a lovely RH nearby in Napa Valley with a restaurant that has trees inside. Beautiful ambiance, it’s great. Glad you are doing well, hope we get to see more of you relatively soon 💜
Always so happy to see you too! glad I could brighten your day with a surprise video, your support has been incredible you have been a member for so many months now and it truly is so heart warming to have a supporter like you. You are right, I remember when we spoke before and I didn't know how to approach it, but yes it's me creating content on my own terms now when it brings me joy and when I want to share for the people like you who have been around since back in the day, those seem like the only real genuine people left. The RH here is so so different than the ones in the US it's still so new so it will be interesting to see how it does, it's nice that it has a restaurant too because the one I went to in Las Vegas didn't, apparently they are mean't to be opening a new American Bistro restaurant at the one here in the autumn so that will be interesting to try. The one in Napa Valley sounds beautiful I love a restaurant with ambience, it was very quiet at the one here as you could see. Happy to be doing well hope you are too! when there is something I am wanting to share I will, just hope there is still people who will watch but no pressure is good. xx
