That's the AquaCure by George Wiseman. It's a machine that creates "Brown's Gas", by splitting the water molecule using electrolysis, putting out 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom as a gas form. Can be used for health and healing by bubbling water and drinking it or breathing the gas. In this particular case, you can feed the "browns gas" into a separate bubbler filled with denatured alcohol and create a super hot and absolutely clean flame. You can take that flame over any CNC routed acrylic edge and give it a polished/ lasered look to it. An "acrylic flame polisher" you can by for a few hundred dollars does the exact same thing. The only difference between the two, is the AquaCure has additional features and safety mechanisms in place for those that use it exclusively for health.
