This kids pattern recognition ability is insane. At the end of the day players get better by acquiring game knowledge over hundreds or more matches and observing outcomes of different situations. He's seemingly able to effortlessly learn from situations and hold onto those lessons. I'm curious how much he forgets as well. Like if he loses game sense and mechs as quickly as other people do after breaks from the game. Or if he maintains way more skill than most players for extended periods of time.
Gotta give props to the father here. He could have been like any mom or parent in-general and spite their skills when it came down to gaming. As if games wouldn't get you anywhere in life. This kid is special in every aspect and has all the time in the world to prove it 20 times over.

Dude this kid is literally the next Jeff Bezos. Chess Master, Swimmer, GC at 7 years old, Top of is first grade class
He speaks with so much intelligence and charisma at 7 years old it is terrifying. He will be speaking like Obama by the time he's 9.
I missed the chess champion part and also the top of his first grade part. Also many kids swim but the GC at 7 years old is impressive.
Wait until he's a teen
Still too early to tell but he is pretty good
Why would you insult him with a comparison to Bezos?
You say that like Jeff bezos is a genius. Billionaires aren't to look up to most of the time
I love this kid cuz he is really kind and mature, his parents definitely taught him well
The emotional maturity required to achieve this at his age is very over looked. I get disheartened after 2 losses in a row
And he speaks extremely well for his age. I have a brother who was also born in 2014 and there is a difference I must say.
@@splash6133 he goes to a super prestigious elementary school not surprised
eh you just have to not care about your rank but rather about improving and having fun, when I applied that I never get upset at losing now
Stop losing and it's easy then, wym?
@@gdkfonzo6656 but the kids friends also dont know how to add people in rocket league so its safe to assume hes built different with or without the school
Im from Sydney, I just wanted to say, the higher you go in ranks, the level of talent in oce you face is incredibly difficult compared to NA/EU cause there is such a limited amount of players. Glad this little fella is reppin our region!
"He would have to play with around 200 ping, which is incredibly difficult." Bruh I play with 200 ping all the time 😂

That kid is more articulated at age 7 than most teenagers and even some adults I know. I’m glad to see his dad is supportive but doesn’t seem smothering or leaning too much into the “prodigy” stuff and instead just seems to be letting his kid live a normal life. Hope this kid does great things.
This isn't a normal life and anyone with common sense can say the same.
he goes to a super prestigious school in a higher end country and has extracurriculars. obviously this isn't a normal life lol
@@Captaine_Crunche “higher end country” what does that even mean? Any country with a school system will have extra curricular activities. Of course we’re not talking about third world countries here. I swear you idiots will find anything to fight about. 🤣
When I was 7 years old it took me hours to figure out how to move in Minecraft.
When i was 7, i didnt even saw a computer.
Playing Rocket League since 3 years, and im Champ 1, he hits GC in just one year? This dude is cracked :)
good job! I've been playing for almost 3.5 years and I'm diamond 2 but I haven't played in a while because my controller broke
he probably also has way less hours than everyone else in GC too lmao
I've been playing since the month the game came out in 2015 and I'm Champ 2/3, I just can't keep up with these new kids, they're so good mechanically
I've been playing since the first day of ftp and im d1
Ive had the game for 3 years, never played it since ftp though and now im champ pulling away from champ 2 with 1350 hours

"Am I better than a 7-year-old?" I'm surprised at how hard that made me laugh, caught me off guard
"positional" champ here, just wanted to say THIS KID IS CRAZY INSANE
This kids pattern recognition ability is insane. At the end of the day players get better by acquiring game knowledge over hundreds or more matches and observing outcomes of different situations. He's seemingly able to effortlessly learn from situations and hold onto those lessons. I'm curious how much he forgets as well. Like if he loses game sense and mechs as quickly as other people do after breaks from the game. Or if he maintains way more skill than most players for extended periods of time.
As someone that started gaming online at a young age, this video brought me a lot of joy.
Nothing like watching someone 1/3rd my age be better at the game than I'll ever be to keep me humble
Gotta give props to the father here. He could have been like any mom or parent in-general and spite their skills when it came down to gaming. As if games wouldn't get you anywhere in life.
This kid is special in every aspect and has all the time in the world to prove it 20 times over.
Video idea: worlds oldest player vs worlds youngest player.
somethin about your videos makes me wanna jump in a game faster than any other creator! love your style, this was a great vid, happy to learn about these chill RL over-achievers
Unbelievable that someone that young is this good. Personally I’m dog trash but sheesh.
coaching really made him 10 times better than he was. your brain takes information way easier/faster the younger you are so him being as young as he is made him a fast learner, and even more with a coach teaching him how to play "professionally". maybe if he kept playing solo he wouldn't be as good as he is right now but he still would be a good, consistent player
Yeah
I’m gc2 you can be impressed by this little weird kid but he can’t do that in my rank
Ok, he’s still good for being like 8 years old. Grand champion is pretty impressive so I would just support him.
@@VccTn imagine being insecure about a young kid that is good at the game and learning quickly
He should just go to someone and say “hey I got an idea for a video, wanna play against a 7 year old?”
Crazy to think that this guy can actually only become a pro in 8 years
i think that rule is silly tbh, why is there an age restriction on playing car soccer
@@Caleb-vq2uy playing in front of thousands of people probably wouldn’t be good at a really young age. But it should be like 13 or something

Sunless: “200 ping is really hard to play on.”
Me with 999 ping: “ez”
The biggest difference between me and this kid is that he makes 99% of the moves he makes work. So impressive to be on top of things so consistently. Very satisfying to watch him play.
"oceania has a small amount of players, and easy people" i also live in australia and play in oce, and im a plat2 and i havent moved in ages cos the amount of sweaty people, i cant imagine how the other servers go for me

Jk, this kid is incredible and super wholesome. Keep it up! :D
I love this comment
Well he's young so he's learning a game at the perfect moment, as his brain is growing too! Or whatever the explaination is, I've read that it 's better to learn stuff like a new language, etc at a very young age
Go on!
Best thing is that he is kinda wholesome and not toxic like most kids at his age.
