Years ago when we were doing the firefighters Olympics/Rib competitions I bought a ten pound box of riblets to practice with. I may have to hunt some down.
Purchased some from H-E-B a Texas grocery store. Every time I fire up the grill I’m going to be making a purchase on these riblets can’t go wrong very tender and worth a purchase.
I'm from Iowa and have been eating feather bones since the early 80s. We can still find them 10 dollars for 10 pounds. I have a ceramic smoker will definitely try this!
I'm so gonna make these! This looks hella good!
They were so good… Thanks!
Looks like your making a cake with all that sugar
I cook them all.of the time. Go hotter and faster next time, then wrap. They are so thin you dont have to go low and slow to be awesome.
I love saving my riblets from spare ribs, then cook them up when I have a good batch! And these look fantastic, Ken!😋👍
Thanks Kevin… they were awesome!

Lol… I had GFS on Dixie order a box for me. It took a couple of days.
I can speak from experience... They were 100 times better than anything Applebee's has to offer!!
Thanks!
Great cook, Ken. It shows how much you really care about producing great looking food 🔥
Thanks so much! I have a blast taking on these cooks!

Great looking riblets Ken!! Thanks for braving the cold to cook for us.
They were very tasty! Thankfully the sun finally did it thing and made for a pleasant day. Thanks, Larry!
