Oh I loved this game. Saddled with defects as it was, it had a very enjoyable story and an absolutely enthralling gothic horror atmosphere, with wonderful musics. And greatly enjoyable bosses. The final boss was a serious pain in the ass, sure to kick your own seven ways to sunday if you did not know exactly how and when evade his attacks and strike at the right time.
Could someone please tell me, can all character's stories be finished on Easy mode in Legacy of Darkness, or will it end abruptly like in the original Castlevania 64?
@Thomas Gjerløv I believe not, this fight is very difficult to prevent dracula attacks. The problem is that the combat area is too short. I've never seen anyone do no damage
@@thomasgjerlv2485 It is possible. Actually this fight is pretty easy. The only thing you need to learn, are the escapes for each attack. Most of his attacks, can be blocked, by simple shooting at the projectile Dracula shoots. But there are some attacks which, you have to escape differently, I'm going to list them for u: The uppercut: this attack can be countered best, when you perform the side jump. Cornell can side jump pretty nice. Do that just before he is about to hit u, and u avoid his punch. It needs a little bit of practice, but if u manage to get it, than u should be fine. the attack, in which he sucks Cornell in his hand: you need to see the attack coming. When u know this attack is about to begin, go to the very right of the screen, were u are safe, then slowly move towards his hand, BUT SLOWLY!!! and approximately at the middle of the area aim for the face in his belly and shoot twice at him. That''s all there is.... lastly the giant explosion: also here u need to see it coming. When he starts charging up. Aim for his weakspot and shoot twice. For this attack u just need a little bit of reflex. And remember he spawns all his attacks in the SAME ORDER OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I actually enjoyed this creepy ass boss, and that shouldn't be much of a problem, when you consider the things I told u. Don't be afraid of him, watch his attacks and kick his ass. Fair enough he is the EASIEST boss in the game.
@@ActingOceanhornXullih I couldn't beat dracula 2nd form on hard. Once you get launched in the air, it's all over. He just blasts you up and up over and over again until dead.

I haven't tried to play in easy mode yet, but I believe the same thing happens as in the original.

No, the game does not end abruptly on Easy mode. You can complete it all.
Is it possible to avoid all that final boss' attacks? I remember having a hard time with him and ended up spamming healing items like you :p

The most difficult boss in this mode is that stupid ass Dragon from the beginning.
