Brilliant watch. Savay is were modern carp fishing started, yet 40 years on it's still hold a degree of mystery. We planned a trip there in the mid 80's after reading Hutchies book, but it never happened.

Fantastic, always dreamed of angling on Savay since the early 80s.

For me the best carp water in the country. I even walked around savay in my lunch break
as I only worked round the corner from it. Some beautiful fish swam in its waters.
Will always be remembered. I fished there in the 80s beautiful photos.

Fished there late 80s to 90s,day ticket and as a toad,lots of good memories from a truly special lake 👍

Fished it for many seasons from late 70’s... stopped when they started digging for gravel & changed the features of many of the swims close to the banks. Looks great now...
