- During last night's presidential debate, Kamala Harris decided she was going stand on Business about her wanting to take guns away and said this:
“Tim Walz and I are both gun owners,” Harris said, referencing her Vice President pick... “We’re not taking anybody’s guns away.”
Here's the problem with this statement. It's a lie.
It says right on her campaign website that She’ll ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. kamalaharris.c...
Kamala has also said it multiple times out of her own mouth.
Kamala Harris isn’t just your typical anti-gun politician; she’s got a dictatorial streak. Sure, she might own a gun, but that doesn’t make her pro-Second Amendment. She’s anti-you having a gun. That’s how dictators operate-they want all the control, and they’ll use whatever means necessary to get it. You think she doesn’t like guns? She loves them-just not in your hands.

When it's our guns they're labeled as "assault weapons" but when it's their guns, then it's suddenly a constitutional right again. It's clear as day her institution doesn't trust, American citizens and wants to undermine us so why should we trust her?

Fun fact (well, not so fun actually) is that the deadliest mass shootings occurred in Europe....a mass shooting in the Bataclan theater in France (90 killed), and in Norway the atrocity of Anders Brevik (81 killed, mostly children). Both incidents involved far more people shot and killed than the deadliest in the US (60). The terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India, also killed an awful lot of people (165 human beings plus 10 terrorist pieces of garbage). And of course there is the atrocity of October 7th in Israel, when a bunch of Hamas terrorist scumbags murdered 1200 Israelis, in what could be considered the largest mass shooting of all time. When people say "why do you need an AR-15?", mention that Israel can give you 1200 reasons why you need an AR-15.

Contrast that with the 14-15 thousand firearm homicides each year (which include criminals shot by police or innocent citizens defending themselves). If just 15% of those defensive uses of a firearm would have resulted in an innocent's death if the firearm had not been present, that means that in the United States, FIREARMS SAVE TEN TIMES AS MANY PEOPLE AS THEY KILL.
Semantics. She's clearly said assault weapons, meaning ar-15s, not handguns, which she owns. She's making that distinction.

The Glock 19 that everyone owns is 15 rounds so she wants to restrict those to the California version. She also wants to pass red flag laws which will allow the government to take ALL your guns essentially when they feel like it. So no it’s not just “assault weapons” which is a made up term and set of criteria to scare people in the first place.

So she wants to ban "assault weapons," but what is an assault weapon anyway? Assault is the THREAT to harm someone, not the act of doing it. Wouldn't threatening anyone with any object make that is used to threaten someone an "assault weapon"? Like an assault knife, or an assault rock, or an assault beer bottle?! Last time I checked the U.S. Army defines assault rifle as a rifle that fires a shortened rifle cartridge and has select fire. AR-15 does not count as an assault rifle.

The government could tear up or outright ignore the 2nd Amendment warning addressed to them (which is what they are trying to do), but the People can and should still protect themselves. The "second amendment" is written on a piece of paper and the anti gun politicians have shown they believe it's not worth the paper it's printed on or the ink used to write nor the blood spilt in our history to protect it.
