NorCal Atmospheric River | Snow, rain updates at 11 p.m.

Northern California dealt with heavy rain and more Sierra snow Friday, spurred by an atmospheric river. The KCRA 3 weather team issued an Alert Day on Friday for the region because of the rain and strong wind gusts. Ponding and flooding are possible at lower elevations, and Sierra travel is expected to be heavily impacted by slick roads.
