I was having trouble sleeping because I have a cold and my asthma was bothering me. All the medicafion makes me jittery, plus my lungs were so gurgly, itchy, and annoying. I watched this and became ao relaxed that I finally slept. I woke up and feel much better and my lungs have calmed down a lot too! Thanks!
