The mosque is built over the temple and also the temple isn't just a normal temple its one of the 12 jyotirlingas for hindus so the mosque should be removed from above and it should be built somewhere else while the pillars of the broken temple should be used to create a new temple there and connect it to the new kashi vishwanath complex

Parliament will have to ammend the Places of worship act 1991 in order to construct a temple.

The 1991 act exempts ancient architecture (architecture standing for over 100 years) and sites under the ASI control/survey
The temple if found would ofcourse be over 100 years old and be exempted from the 1991 places of worship act

This is less to do with Lord Shiva or Hindu’s and more to do with nation’s culture and history. When one encounters a topic that is associated to national sentiment he/she should look to solve it without emotions( not easy but it’s important). In the case a certain set of invaders destroyed the country’s cultural legacy and ethos.. so steps should be take to rectify it. If laws are causing hurdles.. change them.. Constitution has been changed thousands of times in the past . .. why not again especially when interest of the nation is at stake?

Simple solution.. The people who have elected to represent “by Indian’s for Indian’s” as parliamentarians can make amendments to the archaic and foolish law that was written down and passed to please a certain community. *If it is established as being temple originally, then it can NOT b a Masjid as well. Especially given d fact that it was trespassing on d religious rights of its original owners.
*Any structure older than a century r considered heritage buildings, so 1991 ruling doesn’t apply anyways.

The constitution defines our country as " India that is Bharat ", so we have both India and Bharat as official names. However, if we want to change it to Bharat only, then it will be through the Constitution amendment (CAA is an example of a constitutional amendment ). The bill will go through LS, RS and the president. Current central govt. can do it since they have the majority.

2. Any comments on an ongoing case, is has the effect of influencing the course of justice amounts to contempt of court. How can anyone say anything till the commissioner submits his report to the Court? The matter is also being heard by the Supreme Court.
