Indian case is maybe due to their poverty and high purchasing power parity. Their GDP PPP is ranking 3th in the world. That's why the longer their live, the more hours they need to work (and their work environment doesn't help either. Like how they payed less comparing with the amount of their worked)
It's just my hypothesis tho 🤷♀️
