Some ideas I thought of. When call recipient pick up, wait 2-3 seconds and have speech synthesis announce why call is made. Then detect tones. Dial 1 to hear conversation, 2 to get GPS coords spoken if available (then have option to text them, this is helpful if GPS not found earlier, or announce nearby address). If multiple buttons, one can be medical sos, another car trouble sos, another "miscellaneous" sos (for the unexpected), another maybe simple location update.
Just some random ideas

Excellent project. I have a suggestion: instead of a dedicated power switch, the SOS push button can be used as a soft latch power switch with just two transistor/mosfets. Then after a couple of minutes the watchdog timer of the the microcontroller can be used to either switch off the device completely or the system would enter into a deep sleep mode.
But after than the audio spy feature won't work

Is it possible to use AirTag system to get the location when GPS isn’t available?
Why my a9g module always showing the NMEA lat and long of china even im in the Philippines?
I already updated the firmware and stand nearby the road and still the AT GPSRD command shows the gps of China.
Also when I tried to send sms It is working but its always a blank space?

@@techiesms Nice idea for a future video. If you can drive the sd adapter from the ESP32 (there are pins for it on the side) then it would make for a nice compact GPS tracker with GSM capabilities

It would be better if you could set the SOS number by using a SMS and a password. Therefore, if you need to change the number, you do not need to program all over again.
