Absolutely agree with you I bought. I bought mine from lidl June 2020, during the winter packed it away as per instructions, come June 2021 every else working except the main bit of a hottub which is the heating. Rang MSPA and have to say the support is rubbish, they told me QUITE ARROGANTLY that even though it says two year warranty when you buy it from Lidl, MSPA UK DO NOT DO REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY BUT CHARGE NEARLY £200 TO REPAIR THE EATER ALSMOST THE COST OF A BRAND NEW HOTTUB. HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT . STICK TO LAZY SPA OR CLEVER SPA PEOPLE DONT BUY MSPA AS THE GENTLEMAN IN THE VIDEO SAYS
We have an mspa Tuscany with an E1 error only 18 months old and been trying to sort it since end of March they are terrible no help at all, they want us to send back to France at a cost of 345 euros!!! All in with a special lid we had made as this one is a hard surround it’s cost us over £1300!!! People be warned don’t buy an MSPA!!
I have just started getting an E1 error last night. This is my 3rd season using it. Cleaned everything. By the sounds of it I should just be happy I got that long out of it and should just go for a layZ spa now!
I have an mspa tekapo, E1 error although the pump works it not very strong, I've tried all the switches and sensors, put on a new temperature as sensor as I thought I was faulty(I tested it and blew it up) put the new sensor on, still the same, now the pump has starting rattling, I found a new spindle for the pump on Ebay £5 and found similar 12volt circulation pumps around £10. To be continued, it's a pain as the unit is internal and you can't access anything, so you have to keep fitting the unit, fill it up, try it for a minute, E1 again, drain, remove unit, strip apart 😤
Yes, an engineering design nightmare. You can't access anything without draining it and turning it upside down. My pump rattles as well. Finally quit. When I went to replace it, found it difficult to turn tub upside down. Why...the inflatable part of the tub had 4 gallons of water in it!!
Ours just packed in with E1. Got ours 12 months ago through lidl with a 3 Year warranty written on the box. I contacted Lidl, who gave me the email of the supplier, which is different to Mspa. Supplier has been back in touch and offered a refund. The supplier for lidl was nws-service, if that helps anybody. Just waiting on refund
@@daveparent5664 sorry for the late reply, yes I did but it took a couple of months of being on their case. I got a full refund and didn't have to return it. I bought a new flow pump for about £49 from a UK seller and its been fine ever since.
I also have an mspa with E1 error code like you replaced the sensor didnt work they wanted to send an engineer out at a cost of £60 to look at it never would I buy one of these spas again
Totally agree with you, No support, managed to get a new Filter pump that took over 3 weeks to arrive, But did eventually get hot tub working.Please see my Videos .
I agree with you at 100 percent…!!! MSpa is a piece of crap…!! I bought one and i only had problems with the pool and the service…!!! NEVER would i buy such a garbage again…!!! I‘d like to see you at the end of the video taking a hammer and smashing this crap-pool into pieces…!!! PEOPLE,… dont you buy in any way an MSpa-Crap-Pool…!!!! Never ever…!!!

My cover leaked air from day one. Now it's got water inside as well. I'm in Canada and can't find one anywhere. MSPA store doesn't exist anymore. What a useless company!

Unscrew the cap where the hot water comes out, it might be full of calcer

Wish they would offer to send us an engineer 😢 but we are not in warranty going to skip it had enough and would rather save for a proper tub!
I had the E1 error managed to get mine working I held a hose in the heater outlet
Works fine now

My advice...stay away from any inflatable tub...they will all start losing air or allow water into the air chamber.
