Now as compared to tata Mahindra is now little bit higher on maintenance site . But I have still booked 3 bolero maxx pickup 2.0 . And I have 3 tata yodha one is 5 years old and 2 are 4 months old .
They should bring Bolero SUV with this short nose. it'll add some space to third row, can make it driver facing too. Rather than current useless jump seats, this short nose will make nice sub 4m SUV. Will it be proportionate though ? people are habitual of long bonnet. but current 1.5l engine makes engine bay looks bigger.
Reducing the hood length will make the bolero very ugly. It is a tall under 4m suv and current hood length is the best proportion. Same thing applies with scorpio classic. Or they can make bolero neo with slightly reduced height and make it a 5 seater and increase the original bolero lenth to about 4.3 metres with same hood body ratio and can fit 3rd row front facing seat. But they have to give a powerful engine than 1.5 litre.
@@destroyedsoul1791 bolero will hardly grow above 4m in future as passenger vehicle, because tax slab. But will it liberate more space inside with short nose ? absolutely. Will it look ugly ? I guess 1.5 ltr engine is not occupying any space than previous 4 cyl engine. So it will be a profitable decision if emission norms get more stringent. Hope they do one for testing and gather people's opinions. Ladder frames are always taller than monocoques. There is hardly any space to do anything.
