idk why but i find it incredibly shady that for the 2021 teaser theyre throwing it back to 2019, and not 2020 acknowledging Andrea in the teaser as the reigning miss universe
Maybe the reason is that the 2020 edition was aired by FYI, not Fox. Because of this, if they use the footage from the 2020 edition, the FYI would sue them for stealing it. And because Fox aired the pageants from 2015-2019, they used it. I don't know if that's true, but hopefully that explains better.
