@@Mr_Fancypants I would also count it as moped. The 50cm³ regulation is a relict from the cold war era. On the other hand, if you register it as light motorcycle there is only a restriction to 125cm³ and 0.1kW/kg. No speed limit. :D

@@Mr_Fancypants Maybe this particular one does only 45, but originally this runs about 55-60 kmh.
